The Swiftlogix Solutions Code of Conduct reaffirms our commitment to human rights and fair labor practices. We work to foster a culture that fully supports and respects human rights. All business activities are carried out in accordance with universally recognized human rights and dignity principles.

Our Global, Regional, and National Management hold constructive, ongoing dialogues with employee representative bodies. The goal of this dialogue is to reach mutually beneficial agreements that will ensure long-term job opportunities at Swiftlogix Solutions. Collective bargaining agreements cover more than 60 percent.
