Building inclusion capability

Women in Transport and Logistics

The transportation and logistics industry has traditionally been dominated by men. As a result, we are increasing the representation of women at all levels of Swiftlogix Solutions. Improving the diversity of our leadership also assists us in better reflecting and understanding the diverse markets we serve. Progress is steady, but there is still a long way to go.

We are also a member of The Diversity Council, an organization dedicated to advancing more women into top-level management positions.

We hope to foster an inclusive culture in which employees of all backgrounds can contribute to the fullest extent possible. By doing so, we will be in a better position to attract people from a broader talent pool, specifically increasing gender and nationality diversity at senior levels.
